I have personally provided services for over 400 weddings throughout my 18 years in business. From low key events to upscale and elaborate affairs. Locations have ranged from backyards to reception halls to Inns like The Harraseeket Inn in Freeport and The McKernan House in South Portland. I have brought my services to hundreds of locations throughout southern and central Maine and up and down the coast. My clientele has varied to a large extent as you can imagine. Not only have I worked with hundreds of clients right here in the state of Maine, but I also work with many couples each year that live as far away as California, Canada and even England.
As part of the planning process I am happy to offer a consultation to any client or perspective client. At times a consultation will involve a meeting where I can get an idea of your general thoughts. Often the itinerary details will be put together your wedding day gets closer. A written itinerary and time line for your event will be created (with plenty of room for last minute changes of course). In addition to offering personal assistance, I can also provide optional planning forms that are available by email to assist in helping you to choose and organize the music, details and time line for your special day.
I offer an extensive reference packet which is available upon request. This is one item that I typically mail out as it involves not only names and contact information, but it also offers many pages of notes and questionnaire responses that have accumulated and have been added to my reference packet over the years.
I would encourage you to call or email for a competitive quote. Rates are typically standardized, however, I do like to know some basic information (date, location and set up options for instance) in order to provide accurate pricing as each event is customized and very much, individual. There are sometimes factors and scenarios that are not as common as others that need to be addressed and it is always helpful to have a little background prior to offering a firm quote for services. I work hard to maintain competitive fees and recognize that Disc Jockey pricing at times can be somewhat overwhelming. Again, I work hard to offer and maintain competitive pricing. I no longer invest time and money in expensive advertising and bridal shows. This helps to keep my costs a bit lower and it allows me to focus on my clients, services, and service to my clients. Much of my business comes from referrals thanks to past and present customers along with the many other service vendors, event planners and coordinators that I have worked with over the years.
